Just Fine Tables just delivered a new Small ‘Outdoor’ – ‘Indoor’ Table to Encore Resales. This is a replacement for the Small Table – Island shown in our previous post that Sold.
This Outdoor – Indoor Table is similarly built, slightly larger, and constructed as a table that can be used most anywhere!

This ‘Outdoor’ – ‘Indoor’ Table was just delivered to Encore Resales:

This table, like the one previously, is built entirely of pressure treated lumber to ensure long term service regardless of where the table is used. We hope you like it and the Rustic Looking Bench my partner, J’s-AVE, added to it.

More Rustic, Hand Built, Tables are on the way to Encore Resales, or Directly to You upon Request!! Currently, Just Fine Tables has one more table like the above, but slightly larger, and Viola, we are finally completing an Outside Buffet Bar Table that we started building over 2 years ago. Yes, over 2 years ago for the top.

JUST FINE TABLES is in the process of completing a Customer Requested Porch Table to go into their lake side getaway. It is not complete yet, but I thought it cool to let you see it in construction. Why?, because we normally build tables upside down. Seriously, we build tables upside down.

Here is a picture of the Porch Table as it is currently situated-

The table will be righted later today and the finishing touches applied to make it look old with lots and lots of old wood and used character.

I know that folks like to see finished products, but again, I thought it cool to let you have a feel for what really happens in our workshop.

Just Fine Tables recently completed the Refinishing of a 54” Solid Oak PEDESTAL TABLE and its two (2) leaves. Yes, you read that correctly, this solid wood pedestal table has two (2) 10” leaves that allows the already large table to expand to be a massive 54” x 74” Oval table that easily seats 6 people. And, as you can see in the picture below, everything fits perfectly.

This table looked terrible when Just Fine Tables found it as someone had attempted to redo the round top of the table. It looked as if a very dark stain (like Ebony) had been poured (not applied) on the existing finished top without any necessary surface preparation like stripping and sanding. Sorry, no before restoration picture. We didn’t want to break your computer with such a picture.

Just Fine Tables painted the table base and skirt cottage white and distressed it some to give the table more character. We thought it only appropriate to accent the table to bring out its original beauty and quality.

Last minute item! — My partner, J’s-AVE, wanted me to show this Old Hand Built ‘Reclaimed Wood’ Bench that she took to ENCORE RESALES with the hope of finding it a new owner. Here is the bench.

A Metal Based Glass Top Table has been Refinished and Updated to be a Beautiful and Useable Outdoor Deck or Porch Table. The refinished and updated table has a new ‘treated wood’ stained top which we attached to the original metal base. The base is painted Heirloom White.

Here is the Deck / Porch Table-

Surprise! As you can see the Deck / Porch Table is presented above in an inside environment at Encore Resales. Please know that the table can be used inside if desired. (However, it is suggested that appropriate pads be placed under each of the table legs if used indoors since the legs are exposed metal.)

And….YES!, the Deck / Porch Table along with the “Country Estate Farm Table” below are currently available to the greater Birmingham, Alabama Antique and Furniture Market just down the road at ENCORE RESALES FURNITURE and CONSIGNMENT STORE in Pelham, Alabama.

The Drop Leaf Dining / Country Table that converts from a 42″ Square Table to a 60″ Round Table is complete with its Six (6) Upholstered Matching Chairs. It is currently in Booth 47 / 469 at Encore Resales Furniture and Consignment Store.
The Dining / Country Table is unique in that it has Four (4) Drop Leaves that convert the table from Square, to Oval, to completely Round based upon which and how many leaves you open.
The chairs are solid oak and have newly re-upholstered seats with two of the solid oak chairs being arm chairs.
The table itself has a refinished dark stained crisscrossed oak top. It sits upon a pedestal based composed of four (4) heavy’carved / turned’ legs. The table base and chairs have been painted ‘Cottage White’ and Distressed to be Warm and Enjoyable.

FYI-The above was a major furniture refinishing project that has been in progress over the past couple of weeks. Since there were multiple steps to this refinishing / upgrading project, we at Just Fine Tables had other projects underway at the same time.
Of those other projects, our major project under construction and nearing completion is another Alabama Handmade Thick Pine Top FARM TABLE. When completed, it will be virtually identical to the one shown here.

Note: Our newest Made in America Handmade Thick Pine Top FARM TABLE will be available at Encore Resales in just a couple of days.

A Rustic Man Cave Antique Cedar Chest for storage of your ’special items’ is available to you at Encore Resales Consignment Store. Yes, it is an antique ( that means old ) and yes, it is built of almost 100% cedar. It has all copper hardware for the lid and push button opener (no key, but if you know a good locksmith?, you can fix that…) and it has recently had installed old handles to allow semi-easy relocation.

Did I say that the Cedar Chest had storage of your ’special items’? Of course I did, … but, with the top having been coated with polyurethane, the Rustic Antique Cedar Chest can be used as a Fantastic Coffee Table with Storage.
