The Buffet Bar Table Island is conveniently sized at 19″ W x 54″ L x 36″ Tall and as shown comes with a convenient shelf for easy access storage.

ALSO, while completing the Table Island, Just Fine Tables was successful completing one of the other projects in our listing of upcoming projects in our previous post.

This table, like our previous ones is 100% handmade of pressure treated lumber that has been specially aged for distinction and character.

The small table and the table island are currently available to you at Encore Resales Furniture and Consignment Store in Pelham AL unless they have found new homes while making this post. Seriously! It is true! Encore Resales’ motto of ‘Get Them When You See Them‘ plays out each and everyday.

Just Fine Tables just delivered a new Small ‘Outdoor’ – ‘Indoor’ Table to Encore Resales. This is a replacement for the Small Table – Island shown in our previous post that Sold.
This Outdoor – Indoor Table is similarly built, slightly larger, and constructed as a table that can be used most anywhere!

This ‘Outdoor’ – ‘Indoor’ Table was just delivered to Encore Resales:

Currently, Just Fine Tables has one more table like the above, but slightly larger, and Viola, we are finally completing an Outside Buffet Bar Table that we started building over 2 years ago. Just Fine Tables recently completed the Refinishing of a 54” Solid Oak PEDESTAL TABLE and its two (2) leaves. Yes, you read that correctly, this solid wood pedestal table has two (2) 10” leaves that allows the already large table to expand to be a massive 54” x 74” Oval table that easily seats 6 people. And, as you can see in the picture below, everything fits perfectly.

This table looked terrible when Just Fine Tables found it as someone had attempted to redo the round top of the table. It looked as if a very dark stain (like Ebony) had been poured (not applied) on the existing finished top without any necessary surface preparation like stripping and sanding. Sorry, no before restoration picture. We didn’t want to break your computer with such a picture.

Just Fine Tables painted the table base and skirt cottage white and distressed it some to give the table more character. We thought it only appropriate to accent the table to bring out its original beauty and quality.

Last minute item! — My partner, J’s-AVE, wanted me to show this Old Hand Built ‘Reclaimed Wood’ Bench that she took to ENCORE RESALES with the hope of finding it a new owner. Here is the bench.

Here are a couple of pictures of Just Fine Tables’ custom Farm Tables built and delivered to customers in December 2012.

We mentioned in a previous post that Just Fine Tables could build only two (2) Custom Farm Tables before the Christmas holidays. Here are the farm tables we built and delivered:

Custom “Country Estate” Farm Table:

Please note this Country Estate Farm Table is virtually identical to previous farm tables built by Just Fine Tables; however, this table is 100% stained to match the customer’s existing chairs and related furniture.

The table was ordered by the customer directly through Encore Resales and because this table had to be delivered by Encore Resales with additional furniture, we were unable to be part of the delivery team to the customer’s home. (That is why the edited picture above shows the table just before it was loaded into the Encore Resales delivery van. The extra legs and shoes Are Not part of the table.).

HOWEVER, the Customer “Made our December” by sending us an email after the delivery. Here is the first part of the email-

[Hi Frank. I just wanted to send you an email and let you know that I LOVE my table. Its so beautiful. I just want to stay home tonight and look at it. The stain is perfect and I can't wait to sit down and have a meal on it.]

Custom ‘Rustic’ Farm Table with ‘Matching Rustic’ Bench:

Both custom farm tables were hand built from scratch, except that the table legs were purchased ‘turned’ table legs from Osborne Wood Products. Of course, Just Fine Tables did the staining, finishing, and added the attachment hardware to allow the table legs to be removable.

Just Fine Tables recently finished building and delivering this customer requested Hand Built COUNTRY FARM TABLE and Matching RUSTIC BENCH.

The customer specified that a sturdy rustic farm table sized approximately 32″ x 54″ would fit nicely in their eating area. The customer also wanted a rustic ‘matching’ bench to go with the Country Farm Table.

As you can see in the picture, the color scheme was for the table and bench tops to be stained semi-dark and that the legs and aprons on both to be painted white and at the same time; to look old, distressed, and beat up to a degree. (The customer has young kids.)

The above table is the 1st of our customer requests to be filled this month (recall that Just Fine Tables could only fill 2 table requests this month and that orders were 1st come, 1st served).
Our 2nd table in being built currently to be complete within the next 4-5 days. It will be very similar to our “Country Chic” Farm Table with the only real difference being that the table will be stained only (i.e. no paint).

Note: Just Fine Tables has One More Opening / Order Available for a custom Farm Table to be built in January. Again, 1st Come, 1st Served.

We just completed the refinishing and upgrading of a 42″ Round DROP LEAF TABLE at Just Fine Tables.

Here is the Refinished Drop Leaf Table as shown at Encore Resales –

The 42″ Drop Leaf Table is shown with a couple of Bentwood Chairs that add dimension to the table and certainly functionality if they are used together (i.e. the table and the chairs).

Hope you enjoy the Drop Leaf Table we refinished. It is a functional charmer that will be a welcome addition to most anyone’s home.

Just Fine Tables completed the refinishing and updating of a cute and useful DROP LEAF TABLE. The table has a dark stained oak top with the legs and skirt being cottage white and accent distressed. The table’s dimensions are 24″ / 38″ x 42″ with the leaves down or expanded, respectfully.

While we completed the Drop Leaf Table above, we also updated a small ROUND COFFEE TABLE. It is also available and is also displayed at Encore Resales.

With the above, we have also been working on a few other items with expected completion soon. These include:
1. Outdoor Stained Wood Top Metal Based Table (six feet four inches long x twenty-eight inches wide)
2. Two (2) Square Coffee Tables (one a Customer Request & one a Spec item to sell at Encore Resales)
3. A Customer Requested Custom Kitchen Island
and
4. An Outdoor Rustic Wine Bar / Buffet Table

The Drop Leaf Dining / Country Table that converts from a 42″ Square Table to a 60″ Round Table is complete with its Six (6) Upholstered Matching Chairs. It is currently in Booth 47 / 469 at Encore Resales Furniture and Consignment Store.
The Dining / Country Table is unique in that it has Four (4) Drop Leaves that convert the table from Square, to Oval, to completely Round based upon which and how many leaves you open.
The chairs are solid oak and have newly re-upholstered seats with two of the solid oak chairs being arm chairs.
The table itself has a refinished dark stained crisscrossed oak top. It sits upon a pedestal based composed of four (4) heavy’carved / turned’ legs. The table base and chairs have been painted ‘Cottage White’ and Distressed to be Warm and Enjoyable.

FYI-The above was a major furniture refinishing project that has been in progress over the past couple of weeks. Since there were multiple steps to this refinishing / upgrading project, we at Just Fine Tables had other projects underway at the same time.
Of those other projects, our major project under construction and nearing completion is another Alabama Handmade Thick Pine Top FARM TABLE. When completed, it will be virtually identical to the one shown here.

Note: Our newest Made in America Handmade Thick Pine Top FARM TABLE will be available at Encore Resales in just a couple of days.
